Pedal Together in 2025 for Her at Perth Coastal Bike Ride

11/8/2025

Perth Coastal Bide Ride Supporting Research for Women's Cancer Funded by the Ladybird Foundation WA
The Perth Coastal Bike Ride returns on Sunday, 23 November 2025. It covers a scenic route along the Indian Ocean coastline, from Hillarys to Two Rocks.

The organiser, Perth Integrated Events Team, had announced the introduction of the 10 km Community & Family Ride in 2025. Unfortunately, this distance ride has been closed due to the local council scheduling roadworks along the shared pathway, which will not be completed by 23rd November.

You may be a seasoned cyclist chasing 100 km or a first-timer giving the 40 km a try. Either way, you’ll be making a real difference when you join. Every rider who chooses to fundraise or donate to The Ladybird Foundation helps us continue our mission to support vital women’s cancer research right here in WA.

💖 Fundraise for The Ladybird Foundation
When you ride with us, you’re not just covering kilometres: you’re helping women in WA facing one of the toughest battles of their lives. Every dollar you raise goes directly toward women’s cancer research in our state, funding new treatments, better diagnostics, and ultimately, hope for more survivors.

This year, it’s easier than ever to get involved:
  • Start your own fundraising page in minutes via our Grassrootz platform
  • Add a donation when you sign-up. Even small amounts add up fast when we ride together.
  • Know your impact: $2 or more is tax-deductible, and 100% of donations go towards research programs.

Why fundraise?
  • You’ll inspire others: friends and family are far more likely to give when they see you taking action.
  • You make the cause visible: your page tells the story of why you’re riding, putting women’s health on the radar for more people.
  • You become part of the change: research breakthroughs don’t happen without community support, and every contribution matters.

Together, we can turn a day of cycling into a future where fewer women hear the words, “You have cancer.” 🐞
